Purchases of virtual items, character upgrades, or other in-game content are generally final and non-refundable once they have been added to your account or used, except in cases where the item does not function as described.
8.3 Accidental Purchases
We may consider refund requests for accidental purchases of virtual currency or items if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the currency or items have not been used.
